Wuhan Hongxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established on November 16, 2017. The legal representative Li Xueyan, the company's business scope includes semiconductor manufacturing, large-scale integrated circuit production and photomask manufacturing, needle testing, packaging, testing and related services, development, design services, technical services and consulting related to integrated circuits, and self operated or agency import and export business of various commodities and technologies.

In 2019, Qisheng provided EBMDC 4x4 FFU to the Wuhan Hongxin Semiconductor production base. The total pressure can be effectively treated with on-site chemical filters to deal with AMC. The high-efficiency filter has been tested 100% on the EN1822 test bench to ensure pressure loss and efficiency, and has been verified for the third time in cooperation with the owner for outgassing requirements. Among them, the high static pressure FFU has a total pressure of over 300Pa, and the overall efficiency of the machine reaches over 58%.
