Beijing Shiyuan Technology and Tsinghua University research team visited Qisheng for research and exchange

On June 25, 2019, Qin Xueli, Chief Engineer of Shiyuan Technology, together with the research team from Tsinghua University, conducted on-site research and evaluation on the topic of "Energy saving Design, Key Technology Research, and Engineering Demonstration of Electronic Cleanrooms" at our company. The management of the company accompanied the evaluation team to visit the company's production and research and development line, and introduced the production and research and development situation of the products one by one.

Through the application of EBM fans in the two and four air ducts of the box structure with filter screens, the total pressure was tested from 190Pa to 270Pa, and the test data was analyzed every 10Pa as a test point. It was found that optimizing the box structure can significantly reduce the energy consumption of FFU by more than 10% and improve the overall efficiency by 5%

The impeller and air guide ring have been 3D printed multiple times, and through CFD airflow simulation, the internal structure of the FFU box has been optimized through CFD simulation, adding smoothness to the airflow, reducing energy consumption, vibration, and noise, improving air uniformity, and further enhancing overall efficiency. After testing on the AMCA testing platform, the structure was optimized to improve overall efficiency.


The research team visited Qisheng Technology's Kunshan factory to conduct on-site inspections of the company's related products and understand the technological innovation situation. Subsequently, both parties went to the wind tunnel testing center for testing.

During the testing process, the company's technical personnel first provided a detailed introduction to the components of the FFU, such as the wind guide ring and air duct, as well as the entire wind tunnel testing process. Subsequently, the research team participated in wind tunnel testing on site and obtained comprehensive and accurate data.

According to the onsite evaluation requirements of the research group, the leading experts of the research group evaluated and assessed the production capacity, research and development capability, and management level of Qisheng Technology Company, checked and verified the company's research and development management, production and testing equipment, production scale, and production capacity.


Based on the analysis of the test results, the multi duct FFU developed by Qisheng meets the requirement of 10% energy saving for the research group. Experts have recognized Qisheng Technology's existing technical conditions, production capacity, personnel quality, and other aspects.
